First, you give us permission to access your PC, and we give you a PIN number. Second, you access the LogMeIn network using the link on the right, which downloads an applet on your PC. Third, we will remotely access your PC from our location. With this remote access, we can either watch what is happening on your end and explain to you over the phone how to fix the problem, or you can give us control of your PC and we will fix the problem for you.
